My basic coaching plan includes weekly workouts based on your responses to a detailed questionnaire. During the week, I will email you to check on your responses to the workouts and determine the next week’s plan as I monitor your progress. I will also offer advice about nutrition, cross-training, and weight lifting if that is desired. The basic plan cost is $100/month payable through paypal.
If you live in the Medford area, I would love to personally supervise one workout a week (or run one with you if you aren’t too speedy for me to keep up). Add $50 to the basic plan for this service.
